Ventrilo Channel Mover
Here’s a very simple and nearly useless script I made awhile back. Hopefully, some of you may get some joy out of it. The purpose of the Ventrilo Channel Mover is to annoy your fellow Ventrilo users.
To use, make sure Ventrilo is open, and you are currently connected to a server. Open Ventrilo_Channel_Mover_1.0b.exe and click ‘Spam Channel Movements’ to start erratically moving about the various channels on the server. It works by focusing the Ventrilo window, simulating the Up and Down arrow keys, then pressing Enter. While this is happening, you will not be able to send clicks or keypresses to other applications without disrupting the Channel Mover.
The script will detect if you lose focus of the Ventrilo window to prevent opening icons on your desktop. Also, if there are any passworded channels on the server, this will either stop the script, or cause it to pause until the password prompting window is closed. So, it’s best to use this in a server where you have Administrator privileges.
The Ventrilo Mover script was only tested, and confirmed working in Windows XP Home/Pro SP2/SP3. It was written in a high level VB-like scripting language called AutoIt3 for the Windows platform. The executable may give off a false alarm to certain irresponsible anti-virus scanners because it’s compressed using UPX, which is unfortunately also used by people who create malicious software. Although I can assure you that this script was designed to be completely benign, I am not responsible for any data-loss, hardware damage, or other anomalous occurrences involving your PC while using this software. By downloading the executable, you understand the preceding statement.
The source will be included with the package at a later time when I can clean up the length of the code, as this is not a final version.
Win32 Binary: Ventrilo_Channel_Mover_1.1b.rar
x64 Binary: Ventrilo_Channel_Mover_1.1b.x64.rar

yay!!! I downloaded this and now my friends are like…where did you get that?!?!?! So fun to annoy the heck out of them =P
